Militant's Iksar Cloth Ornament Set Missing Robe

Why doesn't this set include a robe? Or any way of looking at what is included before you accept it?

There are no robes in any Velious armor sets, because there were no Velious robe graphics.

strange I could have sworn I was wearing a robe in Velious, i must have been running around naked then.

You can see the Velious armor graphics its based on, there were no robes

They did have monk specific ones, but none of those have been done

OH! High elf, Erudite and Halfling look interesting!

All I remember about my robes back then were they kept changing colours.
