The only scarecrow that changes your pet in marketplace right now is the one with the hat. There is also one you can get from the NoTD quests but its a merc.
It doesn't, but it would be nice if bone mask of horror would work for your pet. Or perhaps another click item that would work for your pet. Paza's cursed remains is ok, but the skeleton pet model really is best. Necros have a spell line for it, but a click with the spell would be nice to have.
