Mercenary Hero's Forge

Here's an idea: Allow player character mercenaries (wood elf, human) to wear hero's forge armor. Unless I am thinking about it wrong, the coding is already done for them and should not require much more work. I would not expect non-player characters, like orc mercenaries, to be able to wear it since that would require a lot more work.

I think y'all could charge $5 per mercenary or maybe $15 for all mercenaries. This would allow us to further customize our experience while generating extra revenue for y'all.

    Thanks

Why not! I think this is a great idea. We all have 20 different Heros Forge outfits from them Crates anyway.

If it were a paid feature, it might end up confusing some of the less sophisticated players, who don't know why one type of 'Froglok' can wear them, while the other type of 'Froglok' can't for example.

I do wonder how hard it is to rig HF for a given humanoid race; like is it an intern job, or does it take a 3D modeling expert?

I think that is going to be the issue and it would only work for the 16 player race base models and it wouldn't work/be available for any of the non player race or special player race models.
