This ornamentation doesn't appear to be working. I bought it, put it in my BABS (Agnarr server) and nothing changed, so I camped to char select screen, came back and no change. So I quit the game entirely and came back in, still no change. Does DBG give refunds when you buy an ornamentation that isn't working? They can take back the one I bought. I just want something that looks better than a BABS.
