Mangler - MoTM still appearing on Kunark Named in Omens

    As far as I know, MOTM should have dropped off of KUNARK mobs with Omens release. I'm in Howling Stones right now and Drusella Sathir still has MOTM and Gore still has MOTM in Dreadlands. Is this a bug or intended?
