Maligar's Enraged Doppleganger chaining Harm touch

    As above Maligar's enraged doppelganger chain cast Harm Touch 7 times in a row. This was not a fight, this was an OP ambush. (Teek)
    I thought he used to cast fire dots. He may have used harm touch in earlier TLPs but not enough to notice, so only once?
