Ok here is round two since Aspect was a little specific. With the closure of LON it only makes sense to make all the items from LON and most if not all marketplace items heirloom. There is really no in game advantage to having aspect so why is it not heirloom? Closing down LON cost a lot of players money so how about throwing us a bone on this one. When LON was open it might have made sense to not have the heirloom tag on certain items but now it makes sense seeing as how a lot of these items are no longer easily obtainable until the prize pack that goes with them comes into circulation which can take over a year depending on the item you are after.
I was unpleasantly surprised to find that I robe ornament I bought was not heirloom. I had to unattune it before putting it on another toon.
