    I'm not sure how long you've been away, but the lower levels pretty much fly by now in the tutorial. Have the high level toss some buffs on the lvl 1 and do a few loops around the tutorial and you'll be 10 in no time.

    The tutorial isn't going to be available at launch for Yelinak since it starts at Classic. Unfortunately your going to have to level the old way with none of the OP gear drops that you get in the tutorial.
