Low-Res Character Mesh - How do I fix this???

    I box a team from the same computer system, from the same EQ folder. ALT+O Menu shows all the exact same graphics and display options on all accounts. 2/5 of them display character mesh in high-resolution, where you can see individual, sharp details on armor rather than the blurry mesh on the other 3/5.

    Anyone encountered this? Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

    After some Google-fu, I found this suggestion:
    So I logged into the game. Modified this file. Then zoned. FIXED!!! All textures are high quality now.
