Since the last patch, I've noticed several quest related items have stopped dropping off low leveled (~15 and below) mobs, including Orc Scalps, Gnoll Scalps and Giant Rat Pelts. The relevant quests for these items are still in the game, and the items are still dropping in some places (Scalps seem to only be in Highpass), but seem to no longer be dropping from the lower level areas. Having done a significant amount of post-Lucan factioning through Orc Scalps, this is a noticeable, unmentioned, change.
