Hello, After the servers came back online on Wednesday, 11/7, I noticed that on both my accounts my Loyalty Points were reset to 0. Did anyone else have this? Is DBG planning a resolution? Thanks Stubiex of Xegony
Yes, quite a few people had this and there were quite a few threads created. Seems like they have been deleted, but no, you're not alone. Don't know about a resolution, but probably best to put in a support ticket.
Any time issues like this happen. Loyalty, krono, aa, days left of All Access, number of expansions owned etc shows zero or is unavailable it is never that they have been set to zero but that there is a server connection issue. Which I believe turned out to be the issue here.
Yes, this kind of problem does get fixed. I noticed it this morning, but I knew the forum, etc. servers were not online.
