Hello everyone. I downloaded the game today after not having played since 2014. I was a subscriber at the time and had 3 accounts. When I logged in today, my highest level characters on each account had each lost about 20 levels. Do I need to resubscribe to get their levels back or have I been away too long? I wanted to ask here before I contacted customer service. Thank you for your time.
Once you reach a given level, it should stay there. The game does not reduce level based on subscription.

Did anybody else have access to the account when you "retired" in 2014? That might have used your characters for farming Essence Emeralds?
