Looking for raiding at uncommon hours? Wreckers on Bertox has core raid slots open! Wreckers is an Australian based guild (Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), GMT +10 April - October. GMT +11 otherwise. We balance between a casual family guild with a core of semi serious raiders and have a diverse membership spanning 4 continents. If you have playtimes around these hours and are interested in raiding we want you to apply. Raiding is never mandatory and there is no time commitment necessary to keep raiding with us. If your work schedule is unpredictable, you have a rotating schedule, or have family commitments we can work with you. If you just want to join as casual everyone is welcome and can often find guildies online playing at any hour. RAID TEAM: Raids start at 8:00pm AEST time on Tuesdays, Thursdays and 7:30 pm Sundays *GMT+10 (for the US folks that is somewhere between 2am and 4am depending on daylight savings). They usually last 3 hours. We are currently farming ToV Tier I and III, and working Tier II. We use a silent auction standard dkp bidding system. If you wish to join the raiding core you must be current max level (or have the Raid leader’s approval), base appropriate aa for your class (not just autogrant), and be geared in either the prior expac highest tier / current expac group gear. Please also have spent some time filling in your augmentation slots, both type 5 and type 7 / 8. Current raid class balancing requirements are listed on the guild forums but exceptional members of any class are welcome to apply. If you lack in aa or base gear, you are welcome to join as a casual member to work on these requirements. CASUAL MEMBERSHIP: While most of our members play in end game content we do welcome lower level members. Several of our members will be happy to help out with tradeskilled items to make playing less work and more fun. Some items can be provided by the guild bank and you are always welcome to inquire about item availability. Members try to help with tasks where non-raiding players may have difficulty reaching their goals. And best of all, we have some members that have been playing for an extremely long time and have a wealth of knowledge about the game that they will be happy to use to answer your questions. However, please do not join if your expectation is to get twinked or power leveled by your guild mates. Those that take advantage of others, expect all their progression to be done by having others hold their hand and them through, or constantly ask about quests that have detailed writeups available, will be disappointed. Here's a bump to this old thread and a bit of an update. 2022 Wreckers is still here and is working to rebuilding membership after Daybreak's policy changes has lead to a number of long time players hanging up their weapons. Currently we are working to achieve a Sunday raid per week inviting guests along for fun with what we can achieve. Raids start at 8:00pm AEST time on Sundays *GMT+10 (for the US folks that is somewhere between 2am and 4am depending on daylight savings). They usually last 3 hours. We use a silent auction standard dkp bidding system. Content we have downed includes COV raids Zlandicar, Tantor/Klandicar and Sontalak. Looking to work on new raid content from Terror of Luclin as numbers permit. As usual we aim to be a place for Australian timezone and unusual hours players from around the world who would like to find other people to interact with.
