So the black fur boots from the shaman epic state that it infuses YOUR target with the spirit of the wolf, increasing THEIR movement speed. These boots clearly state that you can cast it on others, unlike something like the Ring of Stealthy Travel which states it casts it on yourself, and yourself only. Something like the Tae Ew Ritualist Mask states it conceals YOUR target, which I can click that and cast it on anyone. So either a) the wording needs to change or b) fix the bug and give shamans a clicky SOW item that let's us cast it on others. Thanks!
