LOGIN ISSUE Launchpad Hangs up at red DB Icon on black screen

    Laptop, Windows 10, and Launchpad hangs up at Daybreak Icon (Red on black screen) and cant seem to get past it?

    Check the shortcut and make sure it's not set to XP compatibility mode.

    Love I.T. crowd!

    For the op I run win 7 pro and happens sometimes here also, I pull up task manager and shut it down usually launches fine second try.
