Live Update Bugs 04/19/17

Fluster/Blusterbolt are no longer working the way they were before in the patch, at least in the Lcea raid.

Pre patch, a fluster + bluster could throw a sarnak into the barriers fairly reliably. Now it doesn't anymore - the mobs appear to keep moving forward while they're midair flying backwards from the punt effect.
