A great deal of weird positioning problems seen in the last 24 hours. Ran Skyshrine mission last night -- Massive problems with errors on spells/abilities/melee on false detection of position. Not sure what was going on but I'd go from "can't see" (when mob is right in front of me) to "Out of range" to "too close" all within seconds without changing position. Even seen in GGH when couldn't buff people right beside me (which has no LOS dependency) but people were out of range.

(this was with a stationary mob, stationary ranger) I know its hard to see that from the log, but I saw this multiple times last night
Seeing this as well on The Rathe. Both in new CoV & ToV zones. Bowing a target, arrows hit, but when i cast i get the you cannot see your target message.
The 'you cannot see your target' message is one of the most annoying things for a tank. It's not just CoV either. It's just nuts that you can be standing face to face with a mob, hit it, then get 'you cannot see your target', then hit it, all while neither you or the mob have moved. It's really insane when fighting larger mobs, how exactly can you not see a DRAGON ? It's the size of a house!
