Level Locked Time Locked Progression Vaniki Server FAQ

Folks have been reporting that if they did not originally claim the Cazic Thule challenge the first time they killed him, when they accepted the reward the 2nd time they had a Count of 2 rewards in /claim. The rest of us who had already accepted the reward were not given a second claim.

1.) Is there any chance we can please apply one claim per count of challenge defeated? Instead of only 1 claim forever and always with no chance to re-earn another one
2.) Can we also have all Vaniki characters automatically granted the reward? I don't view my characters on Vaniki as "mains" to claim this stuff on, but I'd still like to benefit from the food especially since it was changed to no drop. I also already burned my claim thinking I could just trade the bread from another account.
