Can someone tell me if any of the priorly listed level caps have been changed? I have a level 57, that can NOT zone into HoH for example. I know that there must be a level limit, just it cant be the listed one, cause a level 65 with no flags can zone in.

Wow, thanks Qbert, that answered everything. I wonder why there is such a long level stretch. 55 to 62, just for HoH seems really off. why cram everything into 62-63, until DoN.
