   Found a handful of new 110 trib benefits last year, turned them on and forgot about them.
   Hero's Knowlege
   Sage's Comprehension II
   Strength of Body II
   Strength of Mind II
   
   Didn't think about them until looking at a 110 alt who doesn't have them (or any 110 benefits).
   
   What triggers these being available to a toon?
