   So in Esianti there are 4 ground spawn quest items that I have not seen tied to any quest. I have completed the partisans and never remember using them.
   
   Crude Amulet
   Scrawled Note
   Discarded Note
   the 3 Bolt of Colorful Cloth items.

   Do they have any lore on them? Or say something when identified?
   
   I don’t recall using them either during progression.
