LDoN Type 3 +Attack Augs

Are these still worth getting? I picked up a Jeweled Sentinel's Broken Aura (+30 Attack) and a Ruby of Bloody Vengeance (+20 Attack) today. When I slotted them, my attack rating did not change (7935/1526 group buffed). Is there a hidden number somewhere that we don't see regarding +Attack?

What is that cap?
And the only way to increase attack at this point is to increase hStr, which isn't advisable since I am not capped on hDex (critical chance) yet, correct?

Hero’s fortitude aa from cotf+ progression raises attack cap from gear by + 860 at max, that may let you benefit from the augs.

Take off items one by one watching your attack (until it actually drops), should be able to see how far over you are that way.

I have max Hero's AAs, so I am benefiting from that. I must be barely over the cap, though, because when I do remove an item, it does drop, but not by much.

hStats also change when you remove items.
