I have obtained the 8% dodge augment from Ldon, but my problem is since it is a slot 3 aug what armor can I place it on? I have a 70lvl Warror with bazaar gear. Thanks!
Since SoF (secrets of Faydwer) expansion, the loot for group non-visible slots have a regular version, and a rare version. the rare versions have a little extra stats and a type 3 aug slot in addition to the type 7. Raid non-visibles will always have the type 3 slot.
Non-Visibles and shields can have the type 3 slot, if your gear has none you may need to get other gear that has it (probably by getting to higher content that has items with it on)

Thank you, as a returning player and finally getting into the newer(still old) expansions, I was wondering why I was seeing two almost identical items. Nice way to keep some older augs still useful!
