Launcher Unable to Connect (4-404)

Same thing for me I was playing all morning then logged out toons on both computers to change over to other toons and cant get Launchpad to work on either computer. cableone is the service provider. Sony needs to stick another hamster in the cage so we can get this thing going.

Having an issue loading the petition page to send my diagnostics.................can someone fix this?
