Launch Pad Crashing

    I am running Windows 7 and briefly after opening the launch pad for EQ it starts to download the game and then just closes with no error after a few seconds.

    I'v tried several things with the same results.

    I'm having this exact problem. I've tried reinstalling, running as admin, I've installed directx9, validated all files through the launcher. Kind of at a loss here. Think I could get one of those pm's too? And windows 10 is NOT an option!
