Lack of Overhaste item in RoF an oversight?

NToV isnt part of the tiered raid content though and can not be vendor purchased

They were in VoA, OH isnt as hard to get as it used to

I know most people will not believe me when I say this but, old overhaste clickies work just fine.

As a bonus, they made it so we can click items from inside bags.

Compare that, which would be contested by many players as a pure upgrade rather than just a clicky, to the Symbol of the Overlord which can honestly be a solo adventure to most.

While true it's annoying.

It should have been put on the neck slot which has nothing right now, not because we can't farm older content but simply because if you happen to have someone without one going back to farm older content for 1 item for 1 person, sucks. It sucks worse than shawls actually.

I understand why they did not, casters should not be allowed to have overhaste and this expansion was sold on the basis of all/all gear.

Though if people need overhaste, grab a couple friends and spanks some sod.

How dare we think of letting casters get overhaste, even if it's almost useless for them.

But I need it to max throwing.

VoA didn't have OH rings until T4. Why would RoF be any different? Be glad that ToV has one, breaking from the formula to give you a chance at something you wouldn't have for another 2 tiers of content.
