L10 Bard Achieve Lyricists Casting Proficiency 110

Just started a brand new bard, and at level 10 I got this achievement. Is this a bug?

I'm certainly 100 levels away, and the wording in the last line (Meditate) is inconsistent with the rest which involves Casting Skill.

Not a bug per se, but a meaningless achievement.

At some point recently, they added mediate to the list of bard skills and an achievement for it (or the ability was always there but the achievement wasn't). In either case, the max skill for a bard is 1...always. Instead of having a Casting Proficiency at each level breakpoint like Combat Proficiency, they decided to only have the achievement at 110. Which at least stopped most of the spam (every bard that logged in after introducing this achievement got this).

Mediate *IS* a casting skill (as in only casters get it). It might be needed because of some behind the scenes checks for mana regen, etc., but as far as bards go...you get your one point, then never worry about it again. Bards do not get any other casting skill (instrument/singing skills are different that channeling, abjuration, etc.).
