With Knights advantage and ferocity from group legs, do paladins have a 100% double attack chance?

I'd remembered that familiar from icefall? that grants 4% double attack, and was wondering if it was useful.

Not in some years, I think around Underfoot if raid geared? Maybe earlier, so around VOA for group geared ish?

Hooded Scrykin is what I use, there are better choices. I just do not have access to them on my current main. I had quite afew LON items and familiar on another account, but I haven't used it seriously in some time.

I am at work, so can't access sites to look this up. What exactly does this familiar do for you? (I am assuming a double attack bonus?)

You're basically like "I am a god, foolish mortal" when it reflects something, or atleast that's my audio trigger for reflects. I don't know about yall.
