Kelethin Quests - Bandit Sisters

This achievement is not being granted on the turn-in of the 4 Dull Pearl Necklaces dropped from the Nybright sisters in Lesser Faydark to a drunkard in Greater Faydark. They're lore, so it's easy to tell if you have all four, but I've confirmed each of them are associated with one of the four sisters.

I've tried doing the turn-in twice now (all four necklaces at once). Success text is given and experience is rewarded, but the achievement is not awarded.

Edit: This is completable, but it's questionable as to if the turn-in of elven wine should be required since there are two lead-ins to the quest, one of which does not require the elven wine.

I've had a few, like Crushbone Belts didn't update on my Dark Elf, but did on my Halfling.
  3. Kilzadi Not an Uber

I've had the same problem. I did the quest twice and verified I had enough faction to complete it but still aren't awarded the achievement.

UPDATE: Handed in an elven wine and got the update

Same. Did it once with sneak and didn't get the achievement. Did it again with ally faction and still didn't get the achievement.

I completed this Quest/Achievement in the Highelf Paladin and "Dark elf Necromancer who struggled to earn a faction(Illusion Wood elf)".

Compared to the old spoilers, it has changed a bit.
I can't give him money, but I can give him items, so I gave him "Elven Wine" and got the keyword for a shocking experience.

I can confirm that turning in the Elven Wine granted the achievement. A guild member mentioned they turned in an Elven Wine and didn't receive the achievement, but they hadn't acquired the necklaces yet. Since I had already turned in the necklaces, I wanted to test it myself. I tried turning in just the wine on another character. It does indeed require both an Elven Wine and the four necklaces for completion. There's a couple of these achievements that seem to require more than one step.

The Elven Wine requirement seems questionable since you can get directed to the quest via Tynkale, who tells you to call the drunkard by name, Tandan Nybright. This can effectively allow you to access the quest information without the need for the drink turn-in.

Turned in the necklaces a few days ago but didn't get the achievement. Just turned in an elven wine and got the achievement.
