Anyone else having an issue in Kael with spells not landing? The last 2 days I've casted numerous heals that took away mana but never actually healed their target. It's not consistent as most heals land but maybe 25% of them do not. This happens with Complete Heal and Divine Light. I've also had guild members report that they've tried to cast bind on themselves in the area you can bind and the same thing happened. I get the impression there's some goofy bug going on there.
Binding in Kael has been bugged for a while. Good news is that it appears to be just a display bug. If you bind at one of the zone lines it will tell you it didn’t work but if you then zone out and type /charinfo it will confirm that you are bound in Kael. I don’t know why it does this but it is what it is.
Well, the heal bug is real. I noticed it seems to be more common in the Throne room and behind than anywhere else. It just happened again to me.
