Just started the Sanctus Seru but Seru missing

Also got a weird blank/blank lockout from zoning in.

Extra details -
Person requested had key on them (in inventory, in bag), not equipped.
Raid leader was another person.
Lockouts as posted in ss.

At least Khati Sha worked for us today. No daggers tho.

Happen to rememeber if that was before or after the Ssra AoC was readded?

In the interest of science we went to check Umbral Plains instance DZ to see if the raid mobs popped.

Same issue, none of the MoTM targets were up on creation: Rumblecrush,Zelnithiak, and Doomshade(yes we killed the masters).

We also got another 6days 11hrs added to that blank/blank lockout so my assumption is this bugged lockout is causing all of these issues in DZs and is related to the Ssra AoC being added back in with whatever fixes were put in.

Yeah that blank lockout is preventing almost all motm luclin mobs from spawning in instance

Is this issue still happening? this thread just kind of fell off the face of the earth. And now I keep seeing conflicting reports of many people saying Ssra is ok, and other people saying Katta is still missing, for example.
