Might try agnarr instead and wait for a new TLP that starts from scratch... I logged in to agnarr to give a friend some krono, I got a few thousand plat left if you want to start there I can mail it to your character.
Level on Agnarr, far better for a returning player. Then start on the new TLP in March/April, oldkracow is correct.
Play Corinav, have fun on the moon. No new server has been announced and people who state it as a certainty are projecting their own wishes as reality. If you want some starter help with equipment or a nexus port post your character name and class. The first 5-10 levels can be a drag to do solo for many classes, so if you feel stuck there I'd suggest getting some druid/cleric buffs at the Nexus then heading to a nearby lowbie zone to mow down mobs using damage shield buffs
