You are missing: Item: Disable Item Abilities 1/1 - Clears all clicked buff AAs Item: Soothing Breath "XXX" x/28 - Increased HP and mana regeneration. This will overwrite Knowledge of the Past. Never mind the second one, you have it listed under Knowledge of the Past.

I think they should add all maxed TS-trophies as item AAs too. Right now you have to either switch trophy-tribute around, or manually swap trophies in your inventory-slots, for TS-recipes with many different subcombines. Having all TS trophies as passive permanent skill-mods through item-AAs would be a neat QoL improvement, that wouldn't unbalance anything imo.
If i recall Breath of Venesh is only obtainable by Pure casters and Priests. Everyone else has to settle for Tiring Breath from Frozen Coldrage Stud, off the Sleeper chest in Crystallos

I've got a feeling they might not stack with Breath of Atathus and each other. I'm looking to add them if someone can confirm they go into the Item: AAs. It also it would be nice to add what they max at and if they stack.
They don't stack. Breath of Atalus > Tiring Breath > Breath of Venesh is the Item AA progression for ranks 3 4 5. Max rank 5. And yes, Breath of Venesh items only exist for casters and priests. Only available in standard Citadel raids and hard-mode Korafax raids.

SoD Tower for 16% overhaste is much easier than current group content for 8% overhaste with the only drawback being needing to find a real healer because you can't use a merc.
Since folks are adding good info about the various clickies... Form of Protection can be a bit confusing for those who don't raid. While there are seven ranks of the aa, there are actually only 6 versions of the FoP buff. The other rank is Aura of Pure Arcanium, which comes from the DoDh Skull quest (Ancient Werewolf Skull/Skull of the Den Lord/The Skull of the Den Lord Rakban) or the Crown of the Froglok Kings from the OMM Lower Guk mission. The sequence is FoProtection I, FoP II, FoP III, FoP IV, Aura of Pure Arcanium (which changes the name of the item aa ability to Aura of Pure Arcanium), FoP V, and FoP VI. Aura of Battle is only for Warriors, SKs, Paladins, and Clerics. There are two items...both from old school Fear. Shoulders from CT are tanks only. Shield from dracoliche is tanks plus cleric. Form of Rejuvenation...you can buy a rank IV belt from the level 80 EWK marks vendor (220 - Torrentus' Frostsilk Sash).
