We are currently investigating the instance issues causing problems with guild halls, anniversary missions, and tutorials. We apologize for the inconvenience and will update this thread with any further information.
(It also includes housing, and non anniversary missions as well - just in case that information is helpful.)
How about just add an NPC that will trade one aug type for another so that people aren't having to run 50 missions? It would fix the sever overload problem asap. I have been trying to play for 2hours today and wasted it all trying to get into various instances.
Someone put a male and female hamster in the same server, and now the server room is clogged with little baby hamsters that aren't trained properly.
This includes raids. Quest giver acts like it gives the expedition but it doesn't. Have tested with NToV, Defeat the Prexus, Tick Tock, and Ritual of Terror. All broken.
What's our update, and how many days of double EXP are you compensating us with? We're locked out of raids, guild halls, anniversary tasks, progression missions........
Raids for ToFS, Sarith, Steel Behemoth also broken. It goes thru the dialogue but then doesnt grant the expo. Kinda sucks. Tonight is a light night for us but Sunday is our best raid night.
This has been a problem for over 12 hours, you acknowledged it 3.5 hours ago. How are we looking? Have you sorted this out yet?
IF you DO want to keep tring to get the instance, do you just keep saying the phrase, or do you have to drop the task, and get it again? Luithien
While the request/try/drop/try again is working for some, many of us are completely unable to get into instances at all.... The instances have consistently degraded over the last few days, and are now completely non-functional. I really wish some action would be taken, and some dialogue on the action being taken would take place...
just keep saying the phrase to enter over and over or clicking the zone and it'll eventually let you in (though it's no joke when people are saying you have to do this for 10+ mins, it's that bad.) However, it doesn't seem worth it to even do that at this point because it seems even the instances you do get into are going to crash soon after you zone in anyways.
