so... In attempting to open a support ticket, I was instructed that I needed to verify my email address before I could submit one. However, when I submit the secret question it asks for I get an error response: Following the link, I am sent to the general help forums. Which not one has a solution for "verification," "verify," or even "verif" when I use the "search" function. So as I proceed to open a general support ticket I am told I need to verify my email address (this is the SAME problem I am trying to open a support ticket for in the first place) Ok - so I make a free account using a different email address, and I am told that I need to Verify my email address and I get the error response: Is it just me or does this seem REALLY silly? I would hope that this get fixed soon so that I can send in a petition to get my original issue looked at Thanks Daybreak!
