Issuance of Mercy RK.III places wrong healing ward

    Hello,
    I think this bug have been there since RoS launch, but I couldn't find the proper Bug Report. So I am posting it, and sorry if this is a repost.

    Bug description:
    Issuance of Mercy RK.III (lvl 108) is placing Issuance of Spirit Effect III (lvl 103) instead of Issuance of Mercy Effect III.

    Is this from the spell or an AA that casts "highest rank of"?

    Hello,
    It's from a spell. I don't know of any AA that casts Issuance.
    The spell works like this: You cast it by placing on the ground a ward using free target green circle.
    The ward is like a stationary pet.
    The current issue atm is that the pet-ward being placed on the ground is the lvl 103 one instead of the lvl 108 one as explained on my first post.
