The Cancel Magic effect on the Iron Bound Tome procs on the character holding it, even though the item window shows "Cancels magical enchantments affecting your target" and the spell data showing "Target type: Single" and not "Self". When Advisor Sh'Orok fights with the item in hand : "Advisor Sh'Orok feels a bit dispelled." appears each time it procs. After defeating Advisor, equiping the Iron Bound Tome in primary and fighting another sarnak actually dispelled my first buff.
I bought the Iron Bound Tome in the bazaar for the proc, thought it would be useful dispelling buffs on my encounters, i equipped it, it proc'd and dispelled one of my buffs instead, pretty sure this thing is malfunctioning cause the description of the proc says "your target", it is still an issue, i see this 1st post is from 2020 so im guessing they still havent fixed it now in 2023 /sigh
