Invading gnoll pups missing in North Qeynos (Mischief)

Good day! The invading gnoll pups that are normally found right on the wall by the PoK book in North Qeynos are still missing on Mischief. They are required for the Mercenaries for Hire quest, part of the Tutorials - Out of Gloomingdeep achievement. Mercenaries were released in the Seeds of Destruction expansion, so it's expected that these should be here. Mischief is currently in the House of Thule expansion.

The task they are associated with ("Mercenaries for Hire", from Secalna Galnor in the Plane of Knowledge) is marked on this website as having been released with the Veils of Alaris expansion, the gnoll pups are likely set on Daybreak's side to only spawn when VoA has been reached on a TLP.
