    To expound just a bit on Montag's post, you need to visit a parcel vendor. In PoK there is one in the bank, for example. There is one across from Banker Denton in Bazaar, too. Right click the parcel vendor and then click the Parcels tab at the top of the merchant window. Then click "Retrieve All" to get your parcels.
