Is there an issue w/ in game DBG store and its attempt to charge CC for coin purchase? My card(s) are being denied, both are different banks; both denied. I've never had this issue before and my CCs are good. TY
There are a few other threads where people describe something similar, it sounds like this occasionally happens. Best thing you can do is submit a support ticket, check with your bank, and try again in a few days? No one on the forums can trouble shoot DBG's payment processing service Good luck!
Thank you, Kermit. I should have searched the forums indeed. Turns out was due to new fraud protection in place but they squared me away. I petitioned on Sunday and within two hours they fixed things for me — was fast and friendly service.
