We are an EST Raiding guild on the Coirnav Server who has successfully cleared all content in Classic, Kunark and Velious and are looking to add more folks for our Velious farming and our Luclin push! We are currently successfully clearing AOW and NTOV with approximately 50 people. We have a very strong core of long-time TLP raiders, but are always looking for more people to bolster our ranks. Our Current Needs: Bard medium Cleric high Druid medium Enchanter medium Magician high Monk low Necromancer medium Paladin medium Ranger high Rogue high Shadow Knight high Shaman low Warrior medium Wizard high RAIDING TIMES -We raid 3 nights (Sunday - Tues - Thursday) per week. Raid times are 7-10pm EST. Occasionally we will start a little early on Sunday for the longer raids (NTOV, VT). -While we are a raiding guild, we do understand that most of us are adults and RL happens. Given that, we currently have a 30% raid attendance requirement (at least one day a week) LOOT SYSTEM -Imperceptible uses a silent bid DKP system, which we feel is superior to other bidding systems. You will only pay what the 2nd place bid is +1. SECOND MAINS -Members are allowed to assign one 2nd main that they can box on raids if they play them well. Second mains earn their own DKP, but are only allowed to bid up to 40 dkp against mains. -Alts that are not designated as Second Mains are not allowed to bid against mains or second mains. RECRUITING -We have a 2 week trial recruit period; during that time raid, get to know folks, group with folks. You earn FULL dkp during your recruit period. After the 2 weeks is over, if you meet the minimum raiding requirement (30%) and are a general cool guy/girl, you'll be made a full member. -Recruits may roll need on armor drops that drop during raids; however when bidding on items, main bids take priority.
