Impact of Malo on Higher Level Mobs

    I currently have a Darkened Journeyman's Walking Stick on my warrior:

    It has a proc with this effect:

    Given the fairly low level of 100 and the lose 10% per level modifier, what kind of effect should I expect on a level 110 or 115 mob? Is the entire effect pretty much nullified at level 110?

    The limit max level restriction in slot 6, as well as the limit restrictions in slot 7-10, only pertain to the slot 1 effect (Increase Spell Damage Taken).

    The restriction itself only applies to incoming spells, not mob level.

    The resists themselves should be unaffected.

    OK.

    So just some examples from the wizard spells:

    Pure Wildflash Azia(lvl 110): 0% increased spell damage?
    Pure Wildflash(lvl 105): 5% increased spell damage?
    Pure Wildether(lvl 100): 10% increased damage?

    That's the idea, but it's a random focus roll from 1-10%, so an average of 5.5% at 100. I'm not sure, but it's possible the lower focus roll (1%) gets truncated down to 0%, which would give an average of 2.5% vs 2.75% at 105. I probably won't test it given the impact is insignificant, but thought it was worth noting. For reference, here's how to calculate focus decay (stolen from Beimeith's Wizard Technical Info):
