ignore function on cross server chat

is this ever going to be fixed? its getting real old that players on other servers can spam a general channel with buy or sell spam and the ignore feature doesn't work for ignoring them.

I hope you are /reporting their texts so SOE can ban their accounts.

You can /ignore servername.Soandso

i.e. /ignore cazic.Spammer

Sorry i should have posted more in my original comment, i have used the servername.playername and it still doesnt work. I dont really want to put the spammers name here but i have him ignored on multiple toons on different accounts and he still shows up in general chat with the same buying/selling spam.
