No, quite the opposite. I think they do the best they possibly can with limited resources. They have [slightly] increased the size of their dev team since the recent sale. They have managed to roll out the 64-bit client and server, which I once thought would never happen. What they're not going to do is redesign the Classic-era game because a few dissatisfied customers post complaints on this forum insisting they have to do something different for the sake of being different. There is no financial benefit.
