I Am Excited For Tormax

I am not sure the players are there because they don't want to play on a Free-Trade server... I think they were just there originally or have friends if they came later... Surely there are some against it, but TLP's shine when you can live out your fantasy as an OP monster even if you don't have the time to raid or whatever.

Two high population servers vs how many low population servers.

There are generally about 5 servers that will get to high population...

The newest TLP Oakwynd still gets there...it will not after May 22

but the Teek will stay on HIGH for a while and Tormax likely never gets to high.

FV always gets there...

Mischief usually gets there.

Bristlebane always gets there

Bertox sometimes,

Drinal sometimes

Cazic Thule sometimes...


All the others are usually low and sometime will make medium on a weekend.

Had FV not been limited to a single character for years most the other servers would be low population. The reason they are not is it can be hard to walk away from the time invested in a character.

If free trade was such a minority FV would never get to high and it is always the top of the population servers.

EQ players in favor of FREE TRADE is not the minority...lol

I wonder what percentage of Oakwynds current population is dry-running level1-50 in Kunark. Whatever the number is now i bet by April 20th its going to increase dramatically lol. And those are just the ones too lazy to escape gloomingdeep and crescent reach to get to POK on mischief lol.

There are literally 4 high status servers right now not FV. The rest are a solid medium. You think all that is only =< FV? You're gaslighting yourself if you truly believe otherwise.

In June there will be 3 or 4 (three if Teek does not get an overflow) Free Trade servers on HIGH and most the other will have to work to get to 4 Bristlebane is a solid server always has been...

And there are also going to be some people on those server who like free trade. for a very long time the only free trade option was FV and it had a severe limitation.

3. I tend to hate using general chat as a gauge for live because nobody uses them. For example, there were nearly 400 people in BB within either POK or GL. You telling me nobody is out in the game doing stuff or in GHs? But it's quick and easy to prove you being completely wrong.

Yeah do your thing boo. The masses said the same thing about Mangler and Selo. How Mangler was gonna be a dead server blah blah. Mangler did fine. Tormax will be fine. Likely teek will be more popular but tormax will be fine.

Mangler was going to be a dead server, then they changed the ruleset because everyone hated it.

Mangler might not have been the best server to use as an example.

I think they mean on avg ft servers have higher populations.

I think it will be fine and PVP would greatly lower its population not add anything.

ewww pvp , eq is not even remotely designed for pvp.
