How to fully save UI customization settings?

Good day! Can anyone tell me if/how it might be possible to save all of the UI customization settings that I've made with the new or old default settings? Full 30 second camping isn't working properly to save a good number of settings that I've made. Regardless of how I go about camping out or quitting, every time that I log out it completely wipes a lot of settings. Is there anything that I can do on my end to properly save all of the changes that I've made?

If this isn't possible in this day of age, even with the newer UI changes, could anyone point me to a decent UI layout that might have, at least, 80-120 "buttons" or "hotkeys" available at any time? (Yes, my own UI layout is pretty terrible, as it takes up a good 75-90% of my screen real estate, depending how many windows I leave open).
