How often do you log on, not find a group, and then log off?

if someone joins my group, they have to participate. If they intend to AFK in the corner, then they are getting the boot and frankly, when I box I also chain pull, waiting for the merc to cast res disrupts my flow...so they *are* detrimental if they can't survive the zone's named mechanics that i"m fighting. Unfortunately, all of the 95's and lower that I see LFG in these zones also tend to find lots and lots of reasons to AFK as soon as they accept the invite. This isn't acceptable. You want help, you participate. Too many people complaining about these things sit on their thumbs in a group and make you do it for them...nope, no more, not happening. I boot guildies as well if they do that garbage.

I agree , if you take the time to invite peeps into your group and they go afk right soon like then nope . I can understand if you need an afk for a bio or something after like an hour but not right when you get into group .. if you got R/L stuff that requires you to AFK multiple times in a 30min or 1 hour time frame then your better off boxing and making your own group .. then you can AFK all ya want on your time ..

but to ask to join someones group , which likely means they have to drop a merc or a box'd toon then you go afk thats hindering my progress and slow's me down .. Im used to my setup and have a certain flow .. if you want to group dont impede me .. be ready to play and dont die ..

This is a thing. Look at who's pulling. They're the most likely person to see your tell. Send it to them.
(A box group is likely only watching tells on their most active toon - the puller is a good choice)

If I have a group spot and it's not going to impact my win/loss (mission) I'm happy to take whatever level.
It's company as we kill random stuff.
And the 95 might be 110 and helping me on something I need help on in the future.

Even a level 95 can make a merc look bad.
