I lost items on Lockjaw do to the rollback on 3 different characters and I put in a /petition right after it happened. I haven't heard a thing back from customer service yet and it's going on 3 days now. I was planning on transfering 1 of the characters to Ragefire when they open but Roshen just posted not to transfer while waiting on reimbursement. Any idea on how long it's going to take?
All my friends and my brother got their items back on Lockjaw and are very happy with the customer support. Although i /petition right after server was up again on monday, im still waiting to get my 3 items back. Now its weekend (5 days later) and i try staying online every day for 18 hours. This is not very funny
I've gotten everything back expect for one item and all my platinum, all of which I had before the rollback. It took 3 days for the most of the items to be returned, but I haven't heard anything back on the others and my ticket is still open going on over 5 days now.
