How is there not at least 1 Corpse Retrieval Server? Just 1?

Corpse retrieval only makes sense when combined with a higher degree of difficulty than the present game others.

Dieing deep in guk was scary back in the day. Now just about any class can go get their corpse solo. I liked the CR mechanic but it doesnt make sense with the relative ease of eq in modern times

Unfortunately I DONT think they have back-ups from those days. I spoke with a Dev about reverting the win rates for the Shadowhaven casino back to the rate when it was launched on live and was told that all of that information prior to 2011 is gone and was NOT backed-up or noted at all. So, stop assuming that it is easy. They aren't going to put corpse runs back in the game. Give it a rest.

I want to know the answer to the OP question too. Corpse retrieval was such a integral part of the game, why can't we have one sever with it back?

Corpse runs is the one great changes to EQ. This coming from someone that hates all expansions past Luclin.
