How do rollback work?

    For example I parceled a significant amount of plat to one account and had the character I parceled from still in the world

    The character I parceled too camped out when I saw the 1 minute warning hopefully hard saving the transaction

    Is there a possibility that the character I parceled from will enter the game without the plat he sent

    and the character I parceled to will be rolled back to before receiving the plat making it a loss/loss?

    it would be as if the servers hadnt come up and all and chars as they were b4 patch start as i understand it
